| 摘 要： | 神经网络适于对复杂的非线性系统建模，而遗传算法具有并行处理及全局优化的功能，利用遗传算法优化网络拓扑结构及网络连接权，可以实现网络模型的优化。论述了人工神经网络及遗传算法，给出了利用遗传算法用于优化网络拓扑结构和网络连接权的新设计方法，提出了自适应时序洪水动态预报模型，并给出了实例预报结果。

| Abstract: | Neural network is suitable for complex nonlinear system modeling. Genetic algorithm is effective in optimization and parallel processing. In the floodforecasting project,we use the topology and weight distribution of neural network in genetic algorithm. The implementation is detailed in this paper. Its validity is verified by numerical examples. |
