| 摘 要： | 延迟化是一种为适应大批量个性化生产而采用的蓑略，通过这种策略制造企业可进行产品的多样化生产，以适应顾客少批量多品种的需求一高职院校以培养适应社会需求的人才为目标，通过与用人单位签订人才需求订亘而进行高职人才的培养，而企业对人才的需求同样具有多样化和个性化的特点，将延迟化策略应用到高职院校，可解决人才订单培养中的难题.

| Abstract: | Cunetation is a strategy to adapt to mass production. The manufacturing enterprise can diversify produetion to conform customers＇ various need for various products by using the strategy. The higher vocational colleges always focus on outputting talents that society and enterprises need by signing demand contracts with enterprises. While according to the diversified need of enterprises for talents, higher vocational colleges can apply cunctation to the educating talents on order. This can solve hard problems on educating talents. |
