工程量清单计价模式下熵值法在评标中的应用

针对工程量清单计价模式下的招标活动,提出了对"合理低价、不低于成本价"的理解,分析了与传统评标方法之间的差异和评标中人为因素的影响,提出了利用熵值法建立评价指标体系,确定各评价指标权重,计算指标综合评价值,据以对投标报价的合理性、可行性进行了判断,进而减少评标过程中的主观性.

The application of entropy method in the evaluate bids about bills of quantity mode

Under the bid activity of bills of quantity mode, this paper has put forward the understanding of "the reasonable low price" and "not lower than the cost". The difference with traditional tender evaluation and the human factor in tender evaluation are also analyzed in the article. At last the article has put forward and utilized tentropy method to establish the system of evaluation index, confirm every evaluation index weight and calculate index comprehensive appraisal value. According to this, the rationality and feasibility of the bid quotation can be judged, and then the subjectivity in the tender evaluation course could be reduced.
