空气处理类综合实验台研制

摘    要:
详细介绍了将建环专业空气处理类各单项实验,包括流速和流量测定、风机性能测定、通风空调系统的风量调整测试、各种压头沿风管长度变化的规律测试、风管管件局部阻力系数的验证、不同工况调节方式对输配系统耗电量影响的测试、房间的气流组织测定、空气加热器或表冷器的性能测定等,整合为一个综合实验台的研制过程。实验时,学生可以按照自身特点,自行组合实验项目、制定实验方案、设计实验表格,从而真正发挥出实验教学的作用。最后,通过实验数据表明该实验台的可操作性。

Abstract:
The research procedure that individual experiments on air disposal were integrated into one experimental system was detailed presented in this paper.These individual experiments include speed of flow and discharge measurement,the fan performance determination,air rate adjustment test of ventilates and air-conditioning system, variation rule test along duct length of each kind pressure,local resistance coefficient confirmation of duct appurtenances,influence test of the different operating mode to power consumption of distribution system,air distribution determination,performance determination of air heater or cold coil and so on.While doing experiment, student can select experimental item,decide experimental scheme and design experimental form for himself,which can really develop the benefit of experimental teaching.In conclusion,the result indicated that this system is well operable.
