泡沫镍的性能参数

摘    要:80年代末新开发的泡沫式电极在Cd-Ni电池和MH-Ni电池上已成功地得到了应用,大大提高了电池的比容量和比能量。在七、八年的时间内AA电池的容量从0.5Ah提高到0.9Ah。本文主要就泡沫镍本身性能对Cd-Ni和MH-Ni电池正负极和电池性能的影响进行了论述,包括泡沫镍厚度,单位面积的重量,平均孔径、孔径的均匀性、孔率、抗拉强度、反复弯曲性能、可焊性和外观。泡沫镍的这些性能直接关系到电极制造的工艺、成本及工业化生产的可靠性

Abstract:The influence of foamed nickel substrate on improving the performances of Ni Cd and Ni MH batteries are interpreted in terms of the key parameters of the substrate, including thickness, area weight, average aperture, porosity, pore homogeneity, tensile strength, flexibility, weldability, and appearance, which are essential to yield the superior electrode manufacturing technologies, lower the cost, and raise the reliability of industrial scale production.
