伞板蒸发器传热性能实验研究

摘    要:以水和5%~40%的碳酸钾水溶液为工作介质,对实验装置的传热性能进行了实验研究.分析了影响伞板式降膜蒸发器传热的主要因素,得到了伞板降膜蒸发侧无因次传热系数的实验关联武;对液膜破裂的条件进行了实验研究,得出了无量纲热通量B与临界雷诺数的关系式.

Abstract:In this paper,the heat transfer performance of the umbrella-plate falling film evaporator was studied with water and 5%~40% potassium carbonate solutions being used as medium.The influence factors of the heat transfer performance and the formula of the heat transfer coefficient on the evaporation side in the umbrella-plate have been obtained.By experimental investigation to the break of liquid film,we proved that the relational expression between non-dimensional heat flux B and critical Reynolds number.
