摘    要:分析了3Cr2W8V钢制P-Cu合金焊料热挤压模、呆扳手热锻模和电力扣件热锻模淬火时或使用中多次发生早期开裂的原因。针对错综复杂的失效现象,利用扫描电镜等设备分析了断口的宏观和微观形貌、碳化物分布等显微组织特征。从模具生产过程研究表明,几种模具开裂原因并不相同,逐一采取了相应对策,取得良好效果。

Abstract:The causes of early cracking of some 3Cr2W8V steel hot dies were analyzed,which happened in the time of quenching or using.The macro and micro appearance of broken sections and the microstructure traits of carbides distribution were analyzed by SEM.In production,the causes of cracking of the dies were different.Some appropriate countermeasures are adopted and the marked efficiecy could be obtained.
