基于ProCAST的拖车连杆头铸造工艺优化研究

摘    要:为了优化拖车连杆头铸件的浇注工艺,以Pro/E软件为前处理平台,以ProCAST软件为模拟平台,结合工厂实际生产的需要,对拖车连杆头铸件进行了数值模拟。通过对模拟结果与试制结果的比较,在充分肯定ProCAST软件分析准确性的基础上,从浇注系统和补缩系统入手,对铸件进行了工艺参数的优化设计。研究结果表明:通过充型凝固数值模拟分析以进行工艺参数的优化,有效地避免了铸件体中出现缺陷,提高了产品的质量。

Abstract:Aiming at optimizing the casting process of the trailer big end, the process of numerical simulation on trailer big end was conducted with Pro/E and ProCAST software. The correct of parameters were proved through comparing with the trial product. Then the technology was optimized from gating and feeding system. The results indicate that numerical simulation can solve technologic problem and create huge economy benefits.
