负载型镍基催化剂催化加氢合成间苯二胺反应工艺及稳定性的研究

摘    要:将负载型镍基催化剂用于间二硝基苯液相催化加氢制备间苯二胺,系统考察了反应温度、压力、催化剂用量、溶剂与反应物质量比等因素对催化剂反应性能的影响,同时对催化剂的稳定性进行了研究。实验结果表明,所研制的镍基催化剂具有很好的催化活性和间苯二胺选择性。在3.0M Pa、373K、溶剂与反应物质量比为2、催化剂与反应物质量比为0.03的条件下,反应约7.0h后,间二硝基苯转化率和间苯二胺选择性分别达到99.9%和99.6%以上;同时,催化剂具有良好的稳定性,经过20次套用实验后,催化剂的反应性能未发生明显变化。

Abstract:Catalytic hydrogenation for m-dinitrobenzene in liquid phase was an interesting route for production of m-phenylenediamine.A supported nickel catalyst,prepared by co-impregnation method,was used in hydrogenation of m-dinitrobenzene to m-phenylenediamine.Effects of temperature,pressure,ratio of solvent(alcohol) to (reactant) and amount of catalyst on conversion of m-dinitrobenzene and selectivity of m-phenylenediamine were investigated.Stability of (catalyst) was also studied.Under 373K,3.0MPa,m(catalyst)∶m(m-(dinitrobenzene) =)0.03,m(solvent)∶m(m-dinitrobenzene)=2 and reaction time about 7h,conversion of m-dinitrobenzene and selectivity of m-phenylenediamine were 99.9% and more than 99.6% respectively.The (catalyst) was not obviously deactivated after being used for 20 cycles,so its reaction stability was promising.
