SKALAR San++连续流动分析仪同时检测水源水中总氮和总磷

摘    要:实验建立了采用SKALAR San++连续流动分析仪同时检测水源水中总氮和总磷的分析方法,其中总氮方法检出限为0.05 mg/L,纯水加标回收率为94.0%~104%,相对标准偏差RSD为0.0%~0.07%;总磷方法检出限为0.009mg/L,纯水加标回收率为91.0%~106%,相对标准偏差RSD为0.0%~0.7%,均符合工作要求。通过对比分析,该方法较传统手工方法具有明显优势:可以直观图谱查看结果,可以连续监测水源水中总氮和总磷的变化,实现快速检测,对提高水源水质监测预警具有重要意义。

Determination of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the source of water by SKALAR San++ continuous flow analysis

Abstract:A novel method was developed for the determination of total nitrogenand total phosphorus in the source of water by SKALAR San++ continuous flow analysis. The optimum parameters was determined by a series of tests to detect the total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the source of water.Results:The detection limit of the total nitrogen was 0.05 mg/L,the sample recovery rate in the standard addition test were between 94.0% and 104%,the relative standard deviations of drinking water was 0.0%~0.07%;the detection limit of the total phosphorus was 0.009 mg/L,the sample recovery rate in the standard addition test were between 91.0% and 106%,the relative standard deviations of drinking water was 0.0%~0.7%,both can conform the demand of determination. The method is compared with the traditional manual spectrophotometric method have obvious advantages,and can be used to check the results of spectra,and can continously monitor the changes of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the source of water,and rapid the detection,and improve the quality of warning is great significance.
