氯甲酸乙酯中氯甲酸甲酯杂质含量的测定及其准确度分析

氯甲酸甲酯是工业常用溶剂氯甲酸乙酯的主要杂质,其含量对于氯甲酸乙酯的使用造成一定的影响。利用"气相色谱法"对氯甲酸乙酯样品中氯甲酸甲酯的含量进行了测定,并用"面积归一化法"定量化计算了氯甲酸乙酯样品中氯甲酸甲酯的含量。使用已知氯甲酸甲酯含量(0.005%、0.025%、0.05%、0.075%、0.1%)的标准氯甲酸乙酯样本,对采用该方法测定氯甲酸甲酯含量的分离度、准确度、精密度及稳定性进行了验证,说明"气相色谱法"能够准确测定对氯甲酸乙酯中氯甲酸甲酯的含量。

Determination of Methyl Chloroformate Impurities in Ethyl Chloroformate and Its Accuracy Analysis

Methyl chloroformate is the main impurity of ethyl chloroformate,a common solvent in industry.The content of methyl chloroformate has some influence on the use of ethyl chloroformate.In this paper,the content of methyl chloroformate in ethyl chloroformate was determined by gas chromatography and the content of methyl chloroformate in ethyl chloroformate was quantitatively calculated by area normalization method.Using standard ethyl chloroformate samples of known methyl chloroformate content(0.005%,0.025%,0.05%,0.075%,0.1%),the resolution,accuracy and precision of the methyl chloroformate assay using this method Degree and stability were verified,indicating that "GC" can accurately determine the content of methyl chloroformate in methyl chloroformate.
