| 聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐免洗洁手凝胶消毒剂配方设计与质量研究 |

| 摘 要： | 进行免洗洁手凝胶的处方设计时以聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐(PHMB-HCl)做为模型,对其含量进行测定。筛选PHMB-HCl消毒剂的处方时以免洗凝胶处方为参照物,测定PHMBHCl的含量。如果PHMB-HCl的浓度在0.002-0.01mg/ml之间,经过拟合后获得的线性方程为y=0.0413x-0.2408,其具有良好的线性关系,得到的平均加样回收率为101.64%。PHMB-HCl消毒凝胶剂处方具有合理的制造工艺,其含量符合指标要求。测定PHMB-HCl时采用的紫外分光光度法简易好用,检测结果准确,可以对PHMB-HCl的含量进行检测。

| Abstract: | objective to design prescription detergent free hand gel when poly six methylene guanidine hydrochloride(PHMB-HCl)as a model for its content determination.Method of screening PHMB-HCl disinfectant prescription with disposable gel prescription as reference material,determination of PHMB-HCl.As a result,if the concentration of PHMB-HCl is between 0.002-0.01mg/ml,the linear equation obtained by fitting is y=0.0413x-0.2408, and it has a good linear relationship.The average recovery is 101.64%.Conclusion PHMB-HCl disinfectant gel prescription has a reasonable manufacturing process,and its content meets the requirements of the index.The ultraviolet spectrophotometry used in the determination of PHMB-HCl is simple and easy to use.The result is accurate,and the content of PHMB-HCl can be detected. |
