回滴法在呆料再浆回收中的应用

云天化云峰分公司200kt/a MAP装置生产中产生的呆料每小时有0.5t左右,主要是产品中颗粒状物料和干燥塔塔壁疤块。现处置方式是产品中颗粒状物料由外务工跟班从料仓顶振动筛上收集后背到地槽溶浆,存在溶解不完全,有片状物料存在,堵塞磷酸泵吸入口导致磷酸量波动大。现进行技改,在20万吨装置成品现场楼顶安装一个带搅拌浆并有隔网的容量100m3的耐酸储槽,成品料仓顶振动筛筛分过的颗粒状物料与配酸槽送入的原料磷酸回滴法溶解混合后,送100kt/a复合肥装置跟硫铵母液混合使用生产复合肥。
