老君庙油田联合站除砂防垢技术的应用

砂堵、结垢的问题严重影响老君庙油田联合站的正常生产运行,降低了生产效益。通过分析引起这些问题的原因,结合实际情况设计了相应的解决方法,并进行实际的现场试验。结果表明,系统压力和混合液含水率明显降低,外输原油质量提高,蒸汽用量降低,油田生产效益显著提高,充分保证了油田安全有序的生产运行。

Application on Technologies of Removal of Scaling and Sand Plug for United Station in Laojunmiao Oilfield

Normal production of united station in Laojunmiao oilfield was significantly influenced by sand plug and scaling,and profits reduced. Thus,by analyzing reasons of these problems,combined with practical situation,relative solutions were designed,and field tests were conducted. Results shows that pressure of system and water content of mixed liquid reduced,quality of pumping oil improved,and dosage of steam reduced. And profits of production in oilfield dramatically improved,which largely ensures safe and smooth production in oilfield.
