聚硅酸铝锌絮凝剂的制备及其絮凝性能研究

摘    要:研究了聚硅酸铝锌絮凝剂适宜制备条件和提高絮凝性能的适宜条件。以硅酸钠、氯化铝、氯化锌为原料,制备聚硅酸铝锌絮凝剂,处理含磷废水。结果表明,硅酸钠浓度0.5mol/L,活化p H为4,活化时间60min,n(Al)/n(Si)为2,n(Zn)/n(Si)为3,水样p H为12,静沉时间10min时,含磷废水处理效果较好,除磷率可达98.6%。

Study on the preparation of polysilicate aluminum zinc and its flocculation performance

Abstract:The research for the suitable preparation condition and the suitable flocculation performance to polysilicate aluminum zinc was investigated. The polysilicate aluminum zinc was prepared through sodium silicate,aluminium chloride,zinc chloride as the raw materials.The results show that phosphorus removal rate is 98.6% when the concentration of sodium silicate was 0.5 mol/L,activation p H was 4,activation time was 60 min,n(Al):n(Si)molar rate was 2,n(Zn):n(Si)molar rate was 3,phosphorus containing wastewater p H was 12 and sedimentation time was 10 min.
