KI-MIBK萃取原子吸收光谱法测定生活饮用水用聚氯化铝中铅和镉

摘    要:采用KI-MIBK萃取火焰原子吸收光谱法测定聚氯化铝(PAC)中铅和镉。在对比了三种不同螯合剂基础上选择KI-MIBK螯合萃取体系,并探讨了酸度、掩蔽剂和螯合剂的用量等因素的影响。在最佳条件下对12个聚氯化铝样品进行测定,铅和镉的方法检出限分别为0.06μg和0.04μg,加标回收率分别为89.5%~100.6%和92.0%~100.5%。

KI-MIBK Extraction Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry for the Determination of Pb and Cd in Poly Aluminium Chloride for treatment of drinking water

Abstract:Adopting KI-MIBK extraction flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry to determine Pb and Cd in poly aluminium chloride for treatment of drinking water(PAC),was proposed. Based on the results analyses and comparisons of three different chelators,the KI-MIBK chelation-extraction system was selected. The effects of acidity and the dosages of masking agent and chelator were investigated. Under optimized conditions,the method was applied for analysis of 12 PAC samples,the detection limits for Pb and Cd were 0.06μg and 0.04μg with the recoveries between 89.5%~100.6%和92.0%~100.5%,respectively.
