昭通天麻主要活性成分提取方法比较

以昭通天麻中天麻素和浸出物含量为指标,考察了不同提取方法、溶剂、天麻粒径、料液比、提取次数对天麻中天麻素和浸出物含量的影响,经过实验得出50%乙醇、1:25料液比、50目粒径、沸水浴回流提取2次为最佳提取条件,测定出昭通天麻干燥块茎中天麻素含量为0.43%,浸出物为18.18%。

Comparison of the Different Extraction Methods of Main Active Fractions in Zhaotong Gastrodia

In this paper, with the target of Gastrodin and extract content from zhaotong gastrodia. The research examines the affect of Gastrodin and extract content in Different extraction methods, Solvent, jute particle size, liquid ratio and extraction times.The optimum extraction conditions for extraction fficiency was only applied in this condition,of that 50% ethanol, 1:25 liquid ratio, 50 mesh diameter, boiling water bath reflux extraction 2 times. Obtained through experiments, the content of gastrodin was 0.43 % and the extract was 18.18 %.
