高浓度有机物化妆品废水处理工艺 |

摘 要: | 高浓度有机物化妆品废水通过微电解-一级气浮预处理,再经厌氧酸化-接触氧化,进入二级气浮-生物滤池后处理,污泥再经浓缩、压滤处理。给出了该工艺所需构筑物和设备的选型。该工艺在正常运行条件下,处理后出水水质指标:COD≤500 mg·L~(-1),BOD5≤300mg·L~(-1),LAS≤20mg·L~(-1),SS≤400mg·L~(-1),6≤p H≤9,符合《综合污水排放标准》(GB8978-1996)。

Abstract: | Cosmetics industry wastewater with high concentration organics was treated by microelectrolysis-the first order floatation pool, anaerobic acidification-contact oxidation and the second order floatation tank-bacteria filter, then these sludges were concentrated and filter pressed. The author decided the configurations and equipments for the combined process. In the routine operation conditions, the emission with COD≤500 mg.L~(-1),BOD5≤300mg.L~(-1),LAS≤20mg.L~(-1),SS≤400mg.L~(-1) and 6≤p H≤9, can meet the third grade items of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standards(GB8978-1996). |
