| 摘 要： | 以鹅掌楸碱为配体与稀土金属铈反应合成配合物Ce(LA)_2(NO_3)_3],通过X-射线单晶衍射对该配合物进行结构表征,并对其进行肿瘤细胞的体外抑制活性筛选。采用紫外-可见光谱、粘度实验研究该金属配合物与DNA的作用机制。

| Abstract: | Synthesis of complex Ce(LA)_2(NO_3)_3] with liriodenine as ligand and rare earth metal cerium.The metal complex structure have been characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis.The in vitro antitumor activity of the ligand and its metal complex has been evaluated.The interactions between the complex and DNA have been investigated by UV-Vis analysis,viscosity experiments. |
