摘    要:采用浸渍法和化学沉淀法,以凹凸棒石(ATP)为原料,制备了ZnO-CuO/ATP纳米复合材料,并利用该复合材料对酸性嫩黄G染料模拟废水进行催化氧化处理.考察了ZnO和CuO负载量、复合材料用量、臭氧流量、反应时间以及pH值等因素对印染废水色度去除率的影响.结果表明:当ZnO含量为50%,复合材料用量为1.5 g/L、O3流量为40 L/min、pH值为4.6时,催化反应3h后,酸性嫩黄G的色度去除率可达99.24%.

Abstract:ZnO-CuO/ATP nanocomposite was prepared by impregnation and chemical precipitation method.The catalytic activity of ZnO-CuO/ ATP was investigated by oxygenating acid yellow G.The effects of ZnO content,Amount of ZnO-CuO/ATP,O3 flow rate and solution pH value on chroma removal rate are respectively investigated in detail.The result shows that the chroma removal rate can be 99.24% after 3 h with the dosage of ZnO-CuO/ATP 1.5 g/L,ZnO content 50%,O3flow rate 40 L/min,pH value 4.60.
