有机蒙脱土的制备及对阳离子染料吸附性能研究

摘    要:以钙基膨润土为原料,经提纯钠化后用季铵盐做插层剂对蒙脱土进行离子交换处理,制得有机蒙脱土,采用XRD和FT-IR等手段对改性样品进行了表征,探讨了改性蒙脱土对阳离子染料的吸附性能。结果表明,在温度为30℃,吸附时间为40min,有机蒙脱土加入量为8 g/L的条件下,对50mL质量浓度为50mg/L的阳离子紫溶液中阳离子紫的吸附率可达94%左右。

Abstract:Organic montmorillonite(O-MMT) was prepared with purified and Na-modified montmorillonite(MMT) by quaternary ammonium salt as intercalation agent for ion-exchange.The modified samples were characterized by XRD and FT-IR.The adsorption properties of the O-MMT to cationic violet were investigated in detail.The cationic violet removal rate reached 94% at a cationic violet concentration of 50 mg/L under contact temperature of 30 ℃,contact time of 40 minutes,and dosage of modified bentonite of 8 g/L.
