有机海泡石/环氧树脂复合材料的研究

摘    要:以环氧树脂为基体,酚醛胺(T31)为固化剂,有机改性后的海泡石为增强剂,制备了有机海泡石/环氧树脂复合材料.通过X射线衍射(XRD)分析、傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)分析、热重分析(TG)、拉伸试验研究了复合材料的结构、力学性能、耐热性能.结果表明,环氧树脂可插层进入有机海泡石中;随着有机海泡石加入量的增加,环氧树脂的力学性能和耐热性能逐渐增强,有机海泡石含量为1%时,其拉伸剪切强度比纯环氧树脂提高了69.5%;有机海泡石含量为2%时,热分解温度提高了31℃.

Abstract:Organic sepiolite/epoxy resin composites were synthesized using epoxy as matrix,organically surface-modified sepiolite as reinforcing agent and phenolic amine(T31) as curing agent.The structure,thermal and mechanical properties of composites were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared(FTIR),thermal gravimetric analysis(TG) and tensile testing.The results indicated that the sepiolite was intercalated by epoxy matrix.Moreover,thermal and mechanical properties of composites were higher than that of pristine epoxy.The tensile strength of epoxy resin improved 69.5% upon adding 1% organic sepiolite.And the thermal decomposition temperature increased by 31℃ upon adding 2% organic sepiolite.
