摘    要:将温石棉尾矿煅烧活化产物酸浸获得硫酸镁溶液,以硫酸镁溶液与轻质氧化镁为反应物料,采用水热合成法制备碱式硫酸镁晶须,并对其进行了SEM、XRD、FT-IR以及TG-DTA分析.研究了MgSO4溶液的浓度、硫酸镁与氧化镁摩尔比、反应温度对产物的影响.实验结果表明,该法制备碱式硫酸镁晶须的较佳条件为:MgSO4浓度0.6 mol/L,硫酸镁与氧化镁的摩尔比1∶2,反应温度170℃.实验制备的碱式硫酸镁晶须样品长径比为10~50,其分子式为MgSO4·5Mg(OH)2· 3H2O.

Abstract:Chrysotile asbestos tailings calcined activation products were leached by sulfuric acid to prepare magnesium sulfate solution.Magnesium sulfate solution with light magnesium oxide to the reaction materials were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method of magnesium sulfate whiskers.And SEM,XRD,FT-IR and TG-DTA were performed for analysis of basic magnesium sulfate whiskers.The effects of the solution concentration of MgSO4,mol ratio of magnesium sulfate and magnesium oxide,and the temperature of the reaction on the preparation were studied.The results of the experiment show that the better preparation conditions of basic magnesium sulfate whisker: MgSO4 concentration of 0.6 mol/L,magnesium sulfate and magnesium oxide in a mol ratio of 1:2,and reaction temperature of 170 ℃.The prepared magnesium sulfate whisker experiment samples aspect ratio is 10 ~ 50,the formula is MgSO4.5Mg(OH)2.3H2O.
