高精度冷拔钢管残余应力的分析与消除

摘    要:高精度冷拔钢管存在残余应力,车削加工会使其内径尺寸、直线度等发生变化。通过对高精度冷拔钢管残余应力的分析以及消除方法的试验,弄清了高精度冷拔钢管残余应力的分布状况,并给出消除高精度冷拔钢管残余应力的低温退火工艺的具体参数及实际效果。

Abstract:When machined, the hi-precision cold-drawn steel tube may have some geometric changes like internal diameter and straightness due to the residual stress it contains. Based on relevant analysis of the residual stress of the said tube and tests concerning relief thereof, the residual stress distribution is identified, and accordingly the specific parameters for and the effectiveness of the low temperature annealing process aimed at relieving the residual stress are described.
