管道自动焊与全自动超声波检测技术在西气东输管道工程中的应用

摘    要:西气东输管道工程建设现已基本完工,几年的施工实践证明:在大口径、大壁厚、高强钢的长输管道施工中,采用先进的自动焊接技术和全自动超声波检测技术,对保证管道施工质量、提高管道施工效率具有十分重要的作用。文章从管道施工规范的制定、现场焊接工艺的选择、焊接设备的选择和影响焊接质量的因素等几方面对长输管道自动焊接技术和全自动超声波检测技术进行了详细的分析和论述,并提出了改进和发展建议。

Abstract:The construction of West to East Gas Transmission Pipeline Project has almost been completed. Several years construction practice has proved that the advanced techniques of automatic welding and fully automatic ultrasonic inspection are significant to ensure pipeline construction quality and to improve construction efficiency for long distance high strength steel pipeline with large diameter and big wall thickness. This paper expatiates the techniques of automatic welding and fully automatic ultrasonic inspection in respects of establishment of pipeline construction code, selection of field welding process, selection of welding equipment and influence factors of welding quality. It makes related suggestions about improvement and development too.
