苏只水电站建设管理经验

摘    要:苏只水电站是黄河水电公司实施“以大带小”开发建设管理模式的成功范例,创造了中国同类电站建设施工工期最短的新记录;工程质量优良率达到90%以上;工程安全实现了零死亡目标;工程造价低于国内同期同类型工程。苏只水电站的建设为中国中型水电站的建设管理积累了经验,为黄河水电公司的梯级水电开发建设带来了新的途径,今后将会在其他水电站的建设中予以借鉴和推广。

Abstract:The Suzhi HPP is an example of success in the development and construction mode of "Large station promoting small one" executed by the Yellow River Upstream Hydropower Development Company, setting a new record for shortest construction period among similar projects in China. The Suzhi hydropower project is characterized by high quality rate above 90%, safety with zero death and cost lower than similar projects in China for the period. The experience accumulated from this project in construction and management of middle -sized hydropower stations brings a new way for cascade station development on the Yellow River in the future, and is worth of reference and promotion.
