摘    要:利用金相、电镜以及物理化学相分析手段,研究了00Cr27Ni31MoCu合金经1150℃固溶处理后,不同时效温度对其微观组织及低温冲击韧性的影响。结果表明,00Cr27Ni31MoCu合金时效过程中析出相主要为脆性σ相;随着时效温度的增加,在相同时效时间下,合金中析出相σ数量先增加再减少,低温冲击韧性先降低后增强;析出相的析出温度高峰在T+150℃左右。

Abstract:The influence of different ageing temperatures on the microstructure and low-temperature impact toughness of 00Cr27Ni31MoCu alloy was investigated by means of metallographic and electronic microscopes and physical-chemical analysis after the alloy was solution treated at 1 150℃.The results indicate that the most of precipitated phase is σ phase in the process of ageing;the number of σ phase increases initially and then decreases with the increases of ageing temperature for the same ageing time.However,the l...
