黄河水量统一调度经济效果分析

根据黄河水量统一调度的实际情况,从工业与生活供水、农业灌溉供水及生态环境供水等方面分析了1999~2004年水量统一调度的经济效果。结果表明,工业与生活增加供水量23.79亿m3,效益为183.73亿元;农业灌溉减少供水总量58.20亿m3,减少灌溉效益82.01亿元;生态环境供水增加量35.03亿m3,效益为70.19亿元。产生的总经济效益为171.91亿元,对黄河流域及供水区GDP的贡献累计增加1 470亿元。

Analysis on Economic Effects of Integrated Water Regulation Conducted in the Yellow River

The paper analyzes the economic effects of integrated water regulation conducted in the period of 1999~2004 from the aspects of water supply for industry,urban,agricultural irrigation and ecological environment according to the actual situation of integrated water regulation of the Yellow River.The outcomes show that when water supply for industry and domestic use increases 2.379 billion m3,the benefits is 18.373 billion Yuan;water supply for agricultural irrigation decreases 5.82 billion m3,the irrigation benefits reduces 8.201 billion Yuan and;water supply for ecological environment increases 3.503 billion m3,the benefits is 7.019 billion Yuan.The overall economic return of production is 17.191 billion Yuan and the accumulated increase to GDP of the Yellow River basin and the supplied area is 147 billion Yuan.
