谷氨酰胺转胺酶高产菌株的选育

摘    要:通过对谷氨酰胺转胺酶生产菌株灰轮丝链轮丝菌ZC03(酶活0.58U/mL)的孢子进行紫外线及He-Ne激光复合诱变,筛选获得一株性状稳定、产酶能力显著提高的突变株ZC60(酶活0.91U/mL),诱变条件为:紫外灯功率15W,距离30cm,照射时间60s,He-Ne激光波长632.8nm,功率1.5mW,距离30cm,照射时间为10min。

Abstract:Streptoverticillium griseoverticillatum-ZC03, which producing transglutaminase at the activity of 0.58U/mL, was mutated with ultraviolet and He-Ne laser. A stable and high-produced strains was obtained by fermentation screening, which producing microbial transglutaminase at the activity of 0.91U/mL. The mutation condition lies that the ultraviolet light strength is 15W, vertical distance is 30cm, and shining time is 60 seconds. The He-Ne laser strength is 1.5mW, vertical distance is 30cm, wave length is 632.8nm, and shining time is 10 minutes.
