1000 kV交流特高压输电线路的带电作业

摘    要:依据我国及世界各国特高压输电研究成果、前苏联特高压输电线路运行经验,结合我国的特高压输电试验示范工程的特点以及我国开展带电作业50余年的经验,对1000kV交流特高压输电线路建成投运后的运行维护情况以及带电作业所需进行的基础研究、作业人员的安全防护、防护用具、作业方式、作业工具等进行了论述,指出了当前应立即开展的工作。

Abstract:According to the research accomplishments of UHV power transmission in domestic and abroad, and the operating experences of UHV transmission line m the former Soviet Union, combined with the characteristics of UHV power transmission pilot project as well as the experiences of deveiopmg live working m more than 50 years m China, the paper descried the basic research of operating maintenance and live working for 1 000 kV UHVAC power transmission project, and its safe protection for working people, protection utensil, live working mode and tool etc.. The work should be developed inmediately now is also pointed out.
