摘    要:研究了发动机涡轮盘材料在3000h应力时效后和未经长时时效状态下的低周疲劳行为,测定了循环稳定和单调拉伸应力-应变曲线,给出了应变-寿命关系。讨论了该材料的循环硬化(软化)特征。

Abstract:The engine turbine disk material GH33A was tested for low cycle fatigue behavior before stress ageing and after 3000 hours stress ageing respectively. The cyclic hardening characterization were analyzed by the recorded cyclic and monotone stress-strain curve. With strain-life relation data static and low cycle fatigue parameters of GH33A were generated for application to the design materials selecting and life estimation.
