碱性NaCl溶液中制取氧化亚铜

摘    要:以金属铜为电极 ,在碱性NaCl溶液中电化学合成Cu2 O粉末。研究了电解液组成及其浓度、温度、电流密度以及添加剂等因素对氧化亚铜产品质量的影响 ,得到了电化学法制备氧化亚铜的优化工艺条件 :NaCl]=2 6 0 g/L~ 2 90 g/L ,NaOH]=0 .5g/L(pH =12 .1) ,电解温度 :80℃ ,电流密度 :75 0A/m2 ~ 10 0 0A/m2 ,Na2 Cr2 O7]=0 .0 5g/L。在此条件下 ,可以得到满足GB16 2 0 - 79要求的产品。

Abstract:Using copper electrodes,cuprous oxide powder was prepared by electro-synthesis method in alkaline solution of sodium chloride. The operating conditions such as the comcentration and temperature of electrolyte,anode current density and additive were studied one by one. The optimum conditions for preparing cuprous oxide were established as follows:[NaCl]=260-290g/L,[NaOH]=0.5g/L(i.e.pH=12.1),temperature,80℃,anode current density,750~1000A/m2,[Na2Cr2O7]=0.05g/L. Under this condition,cuprous oxide powder well within GB1620-79 was obtained.
