高水基流体介质浓度在线检测的研究

摘    要:根据高水基流体介质内部结构特点及超声波的衰减机理 ,采用超声波衰减法对高水基流体介质的浓度检测进行了研究。设计了超声波传感器及信号转换与处理电路 ,并设计了相应的检测软件 ,在此基础上进行了浓度检测实验。实验结果表明用超声波法在线检测高水基流体介质的浓度具有较好的可行性

Abstract:A method is presented for testing the concentration of high water based fluid by measuring the attenuation of ultrasound according to the internal structure of high water based fluid and the attenuation mechanism of ultrasound. The ultrasound sensor, the signal transform and treatment circuits are designed. The testing software is developed. Then the experiments for the concentration testing are made. The results of experiments show that the method for on line testing of the concentration of high water based fluid by measuring the attenuation of ultrasound is feasible.
