| 摘 要： | 如何从节能住宅设计方案中选优,目前尚无统一的方法.将模糊数学引入节能住宅设计方案优选中,利用层次分析和模糊综合优选方法,通过对节能住宅设计要素的分析,建立了节能住宅设计方案优选评价指标体系.根据节能住宅的实际能耗情况,构造判断矩阵,并计算出了各指标的权重,最后以实际工程案例验证了模型的有效性,具有一定的实际意义.
