摘    要:瓦斯事故是威胁煤矿安全生产的主要因素,目前煤矿主要以有线监控系统为基础进行瓦斯监测。针对其布线困难、易损毁、成本高等缺点,文章提出了一种基于VxWorks的应急无线瓦斯浓度采集系统,用于对井下瓦斯浓度等环境参数远程采集,为井下救援提供有力数据保障。该系统包含采集前端和接收设备,实际使用中,使用特定布放装置进行采集前端的定点布放,采集前端采集环境参数信息,通过ZigBee网络传输至接收终端进行分析、显示与存储。文章重点介绍了该采集系统工作原理及采集前端的硬件组成和软件实现。实验表明,在模拟环境中,采用本方案可以有效可靠地完成无线数据实时采集任务。

Abstract:The gas disaster is the main minatory factor in coal mine. At present, the gas monitoring principally relies on the wire monitoring system which is hard to wire, easy to damage and high in cost. Therefore, an emergency wireless gas concentration acquisition system is proposed in this paper. It can be used for remote collection of underground gas concentration and other environmental parameters. This system includes acquisition front-end and receiving equipment. In actual application, the acquisition front-end is deployed at fix location, through specific deployment device. The collected data by acquisition front-end is transported through ZigBee network to the receiving equipments for analysis, display and storage. This paper focuses on working principle of the system, hardware constitution and software realization of the acquisition front-end. The experiment in the simulation environment indicates that the system could effectively realize reliable and realtime wireless data collection of gas concentration.
