水厂加药过程的计算机控制方法

摘    要:以北京水源九厂为例,提出了药品稀释和加药过程的一整套计算机自动控制方法,并以混合井加药为例给出了加药量的连续自动调节控制方案,给出并讨论了加药注入率的几种设定方式。实际控制结果表明该套方法是行之有效的。

Abstract:In this paper, a set of computer control methods of diluting and adding chemicals process at Beijing No. 9 Water Treatment Plant is presented. Taking the adding chemicals process in a mixing well as an example, the author gives out a continuous automatic regulation strategy of the quantity of adding chemicals, and discusses the modes of setting the adding chemicals injection rate. The practical control results shown that this set of control methods is successful.
