摘    要:利用Matlab所提供的人工神经网络模拟五效蒸发系统的非线性过程。模拟采用在生产过程中采集的数据,生成模拟五效减压蒸发系统中进料量、各效阀位等参数、各效蒸发器壳程压力关系的人工神经网络。用此网络处理相关操作参数,得到模拟的生产效果。将模拟效果与实际生产过程中的数据对比发现,两者十分接近。

Abstract:The non-linear process of five-effect evaporation system was simulated by using artificial neural network provided by Matlab. An artificial neural network was created for simulating the relationship among in-feeding,valves and shell route pressure of evaporation tanks based on the data from actual production line. This network was used to process the relative operation data and simulate the production situation. The simulated production situation was compared with the actual production and was found to be similar to the actual production.
