| Abstract: | To begin with the concept and meaning of teacher's teaching quality evaluation,this paper reviewed the development history of teacher's teaching quality evaluation in Nanjing Institute of Industry Technology(NIIT in brief),introduced the practicing situation of teacher's teaching quality evaluation in NIIT,analyzed the problem of today's teaching evaluation,combined with the author's work experience,and proposed the improvement suggestions and countermeasures. |
