摘    要:从教师教学质量评价的概念和意义入手,回顾高职院校教师教学质量评价发展的历史,探讨了高职院校教师教学质量评价的实践现状,分析了高职院校现行评价制度存在的问题,提出改进的对策和建议。

Abstract:To begin with the concept and meaning of teacher's teaching quality evaluation,this paper reviewed the development history of teacher's teaching quality evaluation in Nanjing Institute of Industry Technology(NIIT in brief),introduced the practicing situation of teacher's teaching quality evaluation in NIIT,analyzed the problem of today's teaching evaluation,combined with the author's work experience,and proposed the improvement suggestions and countermeasures.
