摘    要:    选用LD5、LY11、ZL402为基材,分别施涂IMR11纳米浓缩浆复合涂层(纳米涂层)和SEBF-2型改性熔融结合环氧粉末复合涂层(环氧涂层),利用拉伸试验、抗弯试验以及铜加速乙酸盐雾腐蚀试验,研究涂层在应力应变条件下和酸性盐雾条件下与基材铝合金的适配性.结果表明:纳米涂层比环氧涂层与铝合金基材有更好的适配性;适合用于工作在海洋环境中的飞机、船舶、车辆等非磨损条件下动力设备铝合金结构件的防护涂层.

EVALUATION OF TWO ORGANIC PREVENTIVE COATINGS FOR ALUMINUM ALLOYS

Abstract:    For the purpose of selecting an effective oranic coating to prevent aluminium alloy components from corrosion in marine atmosphere,two types of advanced coatings known as the IMR11 nano-concentrates composite coating(nanocomposite coating)and the SEBF-2 modified melten epoxy composite coating(epoxycomposite coating)were experimently evaluated for aluminum alloys such as LD5,LY11 and ZL402 respectively.For evaluation of the bonding strengh between the coating and Al substrate and corrosion resistance to marine atmosphere of the coated alloys,tensile test,bend test and accelerated salt spray test were conducted. The results show that the nanocomposite coating is much compatible to the aluminum alloy components rather than the epoxycomposite coating.
