| 摘 要： | 由于动物资源减少,传统的毛笔原料日趋紧张,为解决中、低档笔料毛原料,用溶胀、溶解及均匀磨蚀的方法制得了锋锥长度大干10mm、锥度均匀、锋尖约为0.0017mm的尼龙笔料毛,显微照片证明,该笔料毛的锋尖与锥度均匀性均已赶上天然兽毛。

| Abstract: | Due to deficiency of animal resources, the traditional material for making Chinese brush is in shortage. In order to solve this problem, such methods as swelling, dissolution and grinding have been used to make material of Chinese brush with Nylon fibre. Its length of taper is more than 10 mm, the tip of taper is about 0.001 7 mm. Micrograph shows that the tip and evenness of taper of this Chinese brush has reached the standard of that made with animal hairs. |
