氧化深度对减压渣油组分及其硫分布的影响

摘    要:用双氧水对中海油惠州炼油分公司减压渣油(ZHVR)进行氧化处理,以傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析氧化前后硫化物形态,以渣油四组分分析方法测定了氧化剂添加量对氧化前后渣油中饱和分、芳香分、胶质和沥青质4种组分含量及其硫分布的影响。结果表明:ZHVR中的硫化物以硫醚和噻吩类为主,氧化处理后主要转化为亚砜和砜类硫化物;氧化处理对渣油中饱和分的含量影响不大,但饱和分的硫含量明显降低;氧化处理使渣油中芳香分和胶质的含量降低,且二者的硫含量均降低;氧化处理使渣油中沥青质的含量显著升高,且沥青质的硫含量也升高。

Abstract:The CNOOC Huizhou refining company vacuum residues (ZHVR) was oxidized with hydrogen peroxide. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) were used to analyze the changes of sulfide types. Effects of oxidation severity on the contents of four components, i.e., saturates, aromatics, resins and asphaltenes (SARA) as well as sulfur distribution in ZHVR was investigated. Experimental results show that sulfur compounds in ZHVR are mainly sulfides and thiophenes, which are mainly converted to sulfoxide and sulfone after oxidation treatment. Oxidation treatment has little effect on the contents of saturates in the residues, but the sulfur contents in saturates can be significantly reduced. It was also found that both aromatics and resins contents can be reduced after oxidation treatment, and sulfurs in them are also reduced. However, for the component of asphaltenes, their contents are significantly increased after oxidation treatment, and sulfur in asphaltene components is also increased.
