摘    要:随着煤矿开采深度的不断加大,深部支护的矛盾逐渐突出。针对平煤矿区某矿-700 m高位瓦斯巷掘进支护过程中随着地应力的不断增大、施工中支护难度加大的实际问题,采用不同的注浆材料可以改变岩土结构及力学性质的理论方法,进行了注浆锚索锚注支护机理及施工工艺的研究,并通过采取“注浆+中空注浆锚索联合支护”施工技术,解决了深部软岩掘进巷道缩帮、缩顶、蠕动变形的技术难题,有效提高了深部围岩的抗压强度和自承能力,从而改善巷道的区域稳定特性。实践证明,采用锚注支护,可以有效控制软岩巷道深部围岩的变形与破坏,增强巷道的稳定性,取得了良好的支护效果,改善了现场支护环境,为同类工程施工提供了技术借鉴。

Abstract:With the increasing depth of coal mining,the contradiction of deep supporting is gradually prominent.In view of the practical problems in the excavation and support of -700 m high-level gas roadway in Pingdingshan Coal Mine,such as the increasing of in-situ stress and the increasing difficulty of supporting in construction,based on the theory that different grouting materials can change the geotechnical structure and mechanical properties,the mechanism and construction technology of grouting anchor grouting support were studied,by adopting the construction technology of "grouting + hollow grouting anchor cable combined support",the technical problems of wall shrinkage,roof shrinkage and creep deformation of deep soft rock driving roadway were solved,and the compressive strength and self-supporting capacity of deep surrounding rock were effectively improved,so as to improve the regional stability characteristics of roadway.The practice showed that the bolt grouting support can effectively control the deformation and damage of deep surrounding rock of soft rock roadway,to enhance the stability of roadway,to achieve good support effect,to improve the on-site support environment,and to provide technical reference for similar engineering construction.
