深井高应力破碎软岩巷道过断层支护技术研究

摘    要:针对深部软岩破碎巷道遇断层后,巷道围岩变形量增大、易造成顶板垮落、底鼓变形破坏剧烈等问题,对高应力软岩巷道过断层支护机理进行了研究。通过采用数值模拟与现场实践相结合的方法,确定“金属网、U型钢拱支架、喷浆、注浆和锚索”的综合支护方式。应用结果表明,巷道顶底板和两帮的变形量大大减小,有效控制了深部高应力破碎软岩巷道的大变形和底鼓,保证了巷道围岩稳定。

Abstract:In view of the problems that the deformation of surrounding rock increases,roof collapse and floor heave are easy to occur when the deep soft rock fractured roadway meets the fault,the supporting mechanism of high stress soft rock roadway passing through the fault is studied.Through the combination of numerical simulation and field practice,the comprehensive support mode of "metal mesh,U-shaped steel arch support,shotcreting,grouting and anchor cable" is determined.The application results show that the deformation of the roof,floor and two sides of the roadway is greatly reduced,the large deformation and floor heave of the deep high stress broken soft rock roadway are effectively controlled,and the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway is ensured.
