遗传算法在煤矿机械轴类零件形位误差自动化补偿中的应用研究

摘    要:为解决轴类零件形位发生改变导致机械使用寿命降低问题,提出基于遗传算法的煤矿机械轴类零件形位误差自动化补偿。通过遗传算法求解出机械的形位误差,判设置别标准动态函数,将种群的繁殖代数融入函数当中,确保遗传算法进化初期种群中个体的差异性。根据形位误差特征变量集,对比实际和理想状态下机械轴的消磨曲线,并挖掘出残余误差,通过单点斜轴消磨法完成相位误差的补偿。实验结果表明,补偿后轴类零件截面圆心均位于机械轴的圆心处,且自动化补偿业务数据之间具有关联性,所提方法能够有效地实现轴类零件的形位误差自动化补偿。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of reduced mechanical service life caused by the change of the shape and position of shaft parts,an automatic compensation for the shape and position error of shaft parts of coal mine machinery based on genetic algorithm was proposed.The shape and position error of the machine was solved by genetic algorithm,the standard dynamic function was judged and set,and the reproductive algebra of the population was integrated into the function to ensure the diversity of individuals in the population in the early stage of genetic algorithm evolution.According to the feature variable set of the shape and position error,the wear curve of the mechanical shaft under actual and ideal conditions was compared,and the residual error was excavated,and the phase error compensation was completed by the single-point oblique axis wear method.The experimental results showed that the center of the section circle of the shaft parts after compensation is located at the center of the mechanical shaft,and there is correlation between the automatic compensation business data.The proposed method can effectively realize the automatic compensation of the shape and position error of the shaft parts.
