基于参数化设计的矿用带式输送机结构优化研究

带式输送机是矿井工艺生产中关键的机械设备，矿井带式输送机承担煤炭物料连续运送的重任。该设备由多种复杂的机械零部件组成，其中传动滚筒是带式输送机运行的核心部件，结构组成较为复杂。传动滚筒的结构参数众多，在结构设计方面有了优化空间。为了改进带式输送机传动滚筒的结构设计，通过workbench软件对传动滚筒建立起参数化模型，对影响结构的关键参数进行优化设计，在保证结构强度和焊缝应力符合安全要求的情况下，实现了传动滚筒的轻量化设计，降低了传输过程中的能耗，有效提升了传动滚筒的结构可靠性。

Research on structure optimization of mine-used belt conveyor based on parametric design

Belt conveyor is the key mechanical equipment in the production of mine technology，and it undertakes the important task of continuous transportation of coal materials. The equipment is composed of a variety of complex mechanical parts，in which the drive drum is the core component of the belt conveyor，and the structure is more complex.There are many structural parameters of transmission drum，so there is room for optimization in structural design.In order to improve the structural design of the belt conveyor drive drum，the parametric model of the drive drum is established through the workbench software，and the key parameters affecting the structure are optimized. In the case of ensuring that the structural strength and weld stress meet the safety requirements，the lightweight design of the transmission drum is realized，the energy consumption in the transmission process is reduced，and the structural reliability of the transmission drum is effectively improved.
