煤矿液压支架形态实时监测技术研究

摘    要:为了确保液压支架智能化建设,研究了煤矿液压支架形态实时监测技术,根据液压支架概况,分析了液压支架形态监测参数,主要为液压支架顶梁的俯仰角度、液压支架支护高度和液压支架底座的俯仰角度。基于此,设计了液压支架形态监测系统总体结构,主要包括设计形态监测模块、倾角传感器模块和惯性测量单元模块,并研究了这3个模块的硬件部分、软件部分及监控系统的调试。研究为煤矿安全高效的生产提供了技术支撑。

Abstract:In order to ensure the intelligent construction of hydraulic supports,the real-time monitoring technology of coal mine hydraulic supports was studied.According to the overview of hydraulic supports,the monitoring parameters of hydraulic supports were analyzed,mainly including the pitch angle of the top beam of the hydraulic supports,the support height of the hydraulic supports and the base of the hydraulic supports and the pitch angle.Based on this,the overall structure of the hydraulic support shape monitoring system was designed,which mainly included the design shape monitoring module,the inclination sensor module and the inertial measurement unit module,and the hardware part,software part and monitoring system debugging of these three modules were studied.The research provided technical support for safe and efficient production in coal mines.
