基于有限元的破损屏蔽层转移阻抗仿真分析

摘    要:针对飞机电缆屏蔽层破损会影响其屏蔽性能的问题,研究了薄壁管状屏蔽层和编织网状屏蔽层破损时的转移阻抗。首先,提出了低频并联等效模型,并根据不同的屏蔽层结构应用电磁耦合理论推导出破损屏蔽层的转移阻抗数学模型;然后,基于有限元方法将破损屏蔽层的三维几何模型在ANSYS HFSS中进行电磁场分析;最后,应用算例对比破损屏蔽层转移阻抗的仿真结果和理论计算结果,并分析不同破损因素影响转移阻抗的变化规律。文中结果表明,破损屏蔽层的转移阻抗与屏蔽层的结构、所处频率、破损半径等因素相关,具有一定的工程应用价值。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that cracked-shield of aircraft cable will affect its shielding performance, the transfer impedance of thin-walled tubular shield and braided shield is studied. Firstly, the low-frequency parallel equivalent model is proposed, and the transfer impedance mathematical model of cracked-shield is deduced by using the electromagnetic coupling theory according to different shielding structures. And then the three-dimensional geometric model of cracked-shield is analyzed in ANSYS HFSS based on finite element method. Finally, the numerical examples are used to compare the simulation results and theoretical calculation results of the transfer impedance of cracked-shield, and the change law of transfer impedance affected by different cracked-factors is analyzed. The results show that the transfer impedance of cracked-shield is related to structure, frequency and cracked-radius of the shield, which has a certain value in engineering application.
