台区低压开关跳闸预防性运维系统设计

摘    要:针对以往系统受到谐波干扰导致运维效果差的问题,在继电保护技术支持下,提出了台区低压开关跳闸预防性运维系统设计。根据台区低压供电线路现场需求,设计预防性运维系统总体结构。采用ST X-NUCLEO-6180XA1 VL6180X 型号传感器,感知周围环境信息;依据智能通用网关工作原理,设置子网掩码判定网络中主机位置,实现2个网络之间实时通信;使用HZ-JK02B型号直流电源屏监控设备,增加集中式扩展单元,通过RS485接口通信,实现支路绝缘监测。在实际电路中设置运算放大器,结合反馈网络,抑制外界噪声。在运维技术支持下,使用逻辑空间3层体系,采用继电保护法对设备运维工作内容展开分析,以此实现台区低压开关跳闸预防性运维。仿真实验表明,系统运维效果最高可达0.935 4,运维投资成本较低。研究为电网安全运行提供了预防性维护管理方案支持。

Abstract:In view of the problem that the operation and maintenance effect of the previous system is poor due to harmonic interference,a preventive operation and maintenance system design of low-voltage switch trip in the substation area was proposed with the support of relay protection technology.According to the on-site demand of low-voltage power supply line in the substation area,the overall structure of preventive operation and maintenance system was designed.ST X-NUCLEO-6180XA1 VL6180X type sensor was used to sense the surrounding environment information;according to the working principle of intelligent general gateway,the subnet mask was set to determine the host position in the network to realize the real-time communication between the two networks;HZ-JK02B DC power supply panel monitoring equipment was used,centralized expansion unit was added,and branch insulation monitoring was realized through RS485 interface communication.In the actual circuit,the operational amplifier was set,combined with the feedback network,to suppress the external noise.Under the support of operation and maintenance technology,using the three-tier system of logical space,using the relay protection method to analyze the work content of equipment operation and maintenance,so as to realize the preventive operation and maintenance of low-voltage switch tripping in the substation area.The simulation experiment results showed that the system operation and maintenance effect can reach 0.935 4 at the highest,and its operation and maintenance investment cost is low,and it provides preventive maintenance management program support for the safe operation of the power grid.
