摘    要:以苯甲酸、硬脂酸、钛酸酯、水为稠化剂原料,调配不同黏度的基础油,进行复合钛基润滑脂的制脂实验.对复合钛基润滑脂成脂过程的各阶段反应产物进行红外光谱表征,分析出其成脂的一系列化学反应式和最终生成的复合钛皂分子;用试验法研究了基础油黏度对成脂和皂纤维生成效果的影响.从化学反应、固-液作用2个角度对复合钛基润滑脂的成脂机理进...

Abstract:Benzoic acid, stearic acid, tetraisopropyl titanateand water as raw materials of thickener, the preparation experiments oftitanium complex grease were carried out by mixing base oil with differentviscosities. The reaction products during synthesis of titanium complex greasewere characterized by the infrared spectroscopy, and chemical reactionequations for the synthesis and final molecules of complex titanium soap wereanalyzed. The effects of the viscosities of base oil on the results ofsynthesis and soap fibers were further investigated by testing. In terms ofchemical reactions and the interactions between base oil and soaps, themechanism for the synthesis of titanium complex grease was explored. The resultsshow that molecules of complex titanium soap are formed with the replacement oftwo isopropyl groups on tetraisopropyl titanate by hydroxyl and acyl group,respectively, and the association of the soap fibers is realized by the inter molecules of titanium soapbridge between titanium and oxygen. Moreover, it is found that the lowviscosity base oil is beneficial to the association of titanium soap molecules,and titanium soap has both swelling and adsorption effects on base oil withsuitable viscosity.
