摘 要: | 介绍了RIC-200和RIC-270两种C8芳烃异构化催化剂在中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司两套采用国内自主技术建设的芳烃联合装置上的工业应用情况。通过对比两种催化剂的装填、干燥、投料开车等过程以及装置的运转和标定结果,分析两种催化剂的性能特点。结果表明,与RIC-200催化剂相比,RIC-270催化剂在异构化活性和乙苯转化率上有明显的提升,可使装置多产对二甲苯。

COMPARISON OF TWO C8 AROMATICS ISOMERIZATION CATALYSTS IN AROMATICS COMPLEX UNITS |

Abstract: | The loading, drying, start-up of C8 aromatics isomerization catalysts,RIC-200 and RIC-270 ,in two proprietary aromatics complex units in SINOPEC Hainan Refining& Chemical Co. were introduced, and the performance of the two catalysts were compared. The results showed that compared with RIC-200 catalyst, RIC-270 catalyst was better in isomerization activity and ethylbenzene conversion rate, which could make the unit produce more p-xylene. |
